Identical Versions: 25H2 Equals 24H2

Essentially, Windows 11 25H2 mirrors Windows 11 24H2 in terms of functionality and structure, as both versions operate on the same servicing branch and file system. Consequently, any enhancements developed will benefit both versions, at least for the foreseeable future. Users will receive Windows 11 25H2 as an enablement package; this format functions similarly to standard monthly updates, only altering the version number without a complete system reinstall, thereby maintaining a smooth user experience.
