Over the past few years, numerous content creators have successfully ventured into the merchandising realm, particularly within the food and beverage sector. Since its launch in 2022, Feastables has achieved significant growth, expanding its product line to include various chocolate bars. However, MrBeast’s objectives extend beyond merely building a successful brand; he aims to reform practices within the chocolate industry. Reflecting on his journey, he acknowledged, “When I first started a chocolate company, I had no idea how much unethical behavior exists in this industry, with established companies often brushing off concerns with ‘this is just the way it is’.” In a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, he expressed his commitment to ethical cocoa sourcing over the past 15 months.
The YouTuber believes that Feastables stands out as the “only major American chocolate company” committed to sourcing cocoa ethically.“I’ve dedicated over 1, 000 hours to this cause so far. Over the next decade, I aspire to change how cocoa is sourced in America because the current situation is unacceptable, ” he shared.
