My Hero Academia epilogue will be as long as a normal arc, and chapter 425 spoilers confirm it

The epilogue for My Hero Academia will begin with chapter 425, scheduled to be released on June 10, 2024. Fortunately, fans have already been treated to spoilers for the upcoming chapter, revealing that the series is far from reaching its final chapter.

The latest chapter of the series depicted emotional interactions between Deku’s classmates and the seniors, as some graduated from U.A. High while others were promoted to a higher grade. Additionally, Aoyama’s departure from the school was portrayed as a form of redemption for his past mistakes.

The release of spoilers confirmed that Horikoshi’s comments about upcoming chapters were accurate, as they primarily centered around the students’ daily lives at U.A. This suggests that the epilogue of My Hero Academia may simply be a short arc highlighting both positive and negative events, similar to previous arcs in the series.

Please note: The following article includes possible spoilers from chapter 425 of My Hero Academia and reflects the author’s personal views.

Despite initial expectations of a simple graduation ceremony, chapter 425 of My Hero Academia proved that the series still has much more to offer.

Based on the spoilers for this chapter, while some students celebrated their graduation, there was also tension on the roads, hinting at the beginning of a new arc.

According to the spoilers, the upcoming Chapter 425 is titled Out-of-Season and will open with the U.A. High third-years’ graduation ceremony, which was attended by Mirio Togata’s class. During the ceremony, Nejire and Tamaki received their diplomas and it was also revealed that Principle Nezu played a crucial role in the reconstruction project after the final war.

Present Mic then invited Mirio to the stage for the graduation ceremony. Despite his humorous demeanor, Mirio delivered a sincere speech. However, he couldn’t resist ending it with a joke. The chapter then shifted back to Deku’s class, who had advanced to the next grade with Aizawa remaining as their homeroom teacher.

Regrettably, Aoyama was forced to depart from U.A. due to his enrollment being solely at the request of All for One. Seeking a fresh beginning, Shinso was selected to take his place in Class 1-A. Aoyama, consumed by his feelings, continued to utilize his Navel Laser, which inadvertently revealed Hagakure’s visibility to the entire class for the first time.

Despite Deku’s intention to talk to Uraraka about something, he missed his opportunity as she changed the subject. Afterwards, he went to see Shoto and inquired about attending Aoyama’s farewell party. Shoto responded that he would only attend if the party did not take place on the same day as his other commitments.

The spoilers for the chapter also featured a scene of a mysterious man running through the streets, followed by a shot of Endeavor sitting in front of a large device. It is possible that the device is a healing chamber and Dabi may be inside it.

As previously mentioned, the My Hero Academia epilogue would be presented as a full arc rather than just a few chapters. This arc would focus on the aftermath of the final war and the enigmatic man seen running through the streets.

Additionally, Deku had something he wanted to share with Uraraka, which fans may have the opportunity to witness in upcoming chapters. The upcoming arc is also expected to heavily focus on Endeavor and Dabi, as the latter was seen sitting in front of a device that potentially could be keeping his son alive.
