Recap of My Hero Academia season 7 episode 1

The first episode began with Izuku Midoriya, also known as Deku, experiencing a flashback. Ochaco Uraraka’s words touched the hearts of the audience as Deku was welcomed back into U.A. He now had a duty to end the turmoil and potentially rescue Shigaraki, and he had the support of his friends by his side.

After witnessing the chaos unfolding in Japan, a team from the United States takes it upon themselves to intervene. Joining them on their journey to Japan is America’s top hero, Star and Stripe. As they make their way to Japan, they are greeted by Endeavor, Best Jeanist, and Hawks. However, they soon discover that Shigaraki has already arrived in Japanese airspace to await their arrival.

The next scene takes us to AFO and Spinner in a cave, where AFO appears satisfied with the chaos he has caused in Japan. The authorities have been occupied and have yet to detect his actions. However, obtaining One For All (OFA) is not AFO’s sole objective. He is also aware of Star and Stripe’s desire to assist, as it was All Might who had asked for their help.

With this in mind, he sets out to gamble and try to steal her Quirk, New Order. At the same time, he requests that Spinner stand by Shigaraki’s side for the upcoming battles and represent the Heteromorph Revolution. In the skies, Star and Stripe and Shigaraki face each other in a fierce duel.

Shigaraki quickly notices and studies her Quirk, New Order. This ability allows the American Hero to impose rules on anything she touches and declares the name of. Despite trying to use her power to restrain Shigaraki, it proves ineffective as he is unsure of his own identity – whether he is Shigaraki, AFO, or Tenko Shimura.

The finale of the episode was explosive as Star and Stripe utilized New Order to create a giant air figure of herself. She then delivered two mighty punches to Shigaraki before unleashing a barrage of laser attacks from the aircraft. In a bold move, she contacted her commander in America for hyper-powered missiles, determined to defeat Shigaraki once and for all.

Season 7 episode 2 of My Hero Academia: What to anticipate

The first episode covered chapters 329 to 331, which were a crucial part of the intense battle between Star and Stripe and Shigaraki. Based on this, it can be assumed that the second episode of My Hero Academia’s seventh season will continue with the next three chapters (332 to 334). It is anticipated that the episode will also touch upon the background of the American hero before transitioning to the current events.

Despite the explosive attack on Shigaraki, it will ultimately prove futile as the villain demonstrates exactly why he has been such a formidable opponent. Despite the intense firepower, Shigaraki manages to get a hit in on Star and Stripe and successfully steals her Quirk. However, it appears that New Order may have a lesser known detail up their sleeve.
