Netflix partners with popcorn brand for snack line

Netflix is entering the snack market by introducing a line of ready-to-eat popcorn, allowing viewers to enjoy it while streaming their favorite shows or movies.

The streaming service, Netflix, made the announcement on their website and encouraged subscribers to “kick off summer”with a bag from their newly launched popcorn line.

The site states, “Indulge in your new go-to movie or show while snacking on a tasty bag of popcorn,”revealing the brand name for Netflix’s movie treat, Now Popping.

The streamer collaborated with Popcorn Indiana to introduce this new product to viewers.

Currently, Netflix is partnering with a popcorn company to offer two flavors: Cult Classic Cheddar Kettle and Swoonworthy Cinnamon Kettle.

Currently, the only flavor available for purchase on Popcorn Indiana’s website is Cult Classic Cheddar Kettle. However, the company offers a variety of other flavors, including sweet and savory options. If you’re interested in trying it, an 8-ounce bag of Now Popping is priced at $4.49, which is comparable to Netflix’s Basic subscription plan of $6.99 per month.

To make it easier for customers to find Popping, the popular snack is now sold in Walmart stores throughout the US and other retailers. Popcorn Indiana also offers a locator search to help you locate nearby stores carrying the product.

Netflix has a history of partnering with companies to provide viewers with tasty snacks. They have previously collaborated with Ben & Jerry to create the popular Netflix & Chill’d ice cream.

Both snacks, which include Netflix’s popcorn line and the streamer’s summer lineup, are ideal for the upcoming warmer months.

This lineup featured the latest seasons of Too Hot to Handle and Cobra Kai, along with the ultimate season of The Umbrella Academy – a plethora of binge-worthy shows that may just necessitate a few snacks on the side.
