Where Does The Balance of Power Exotic Drop in Destiny 2?
Balance of Power, unlike the majority of Exotics in Destiny 2, cannot be obtained from Legend and Master Lost Sectors. Instead, your only option is to rely on the luck of obtaining it from Master Rahool. By exchanging Exotic Engrams with Master Rahool, who now has reputation levels, there is a possibility of obtaining this Exotic leg armor in-game.
Guardians who have unlocked access can use Focused Exotic decryption with Rahool. This requires them to reach the reputation cap and then reset, which should grant them access to certain items in exchange for an Exotic Engram and an Exotic Cypher.
