One Piece’s Man Marked by Flames may have already been introduced, and it’s not Jaguar D. Saul

The identity of the Man Marked by Flames remains one of the greatest mysteries in One Piece, as fans continue to speculate and new contenders arise for the individual who possesses the last Poneglyph.

The beginning can be traced back to Saul, who recovered the books of Ohara after the Buster Call and potentially discovered the whereabouts of the last Road Poneglyph, earning him the title of the man with fiery eyes in the eyes of fans. Afterwards, Monkey D Dragon and Masked Deuce followed suit, and the list goes on.

Recently, a new character has surfaced, assuming the role of the man with the fiery symbol. Surprisingly, he is a minor character that many fans may not even recall, Doma. Doma is often seen wearing a bandanna on his forehead, which could possibly be a major clue to his true identity as the man with the symbol of flames.

The individual who bears the fiery scars is an enigmatic figure who was introduced during the climax of the Wano arc by Captain Kidd. It is speculated that this person possesses the final Road Poneglyph, previously located on Fisherman Island. The only identifiable characteristic of this individual is the burn mark that adorns their face.

According to speculation among fans, the enigmatic figure may be Doma, also known as the Bohemian Knight. Doma, a well-known pirate from the New World, was known for his simplistic appearance. Little is known about him, but he did engage in a battle with Ace after the latter joined Whitebeard’s crew in the One Piece series.

After being defeated by Ace and his crew, Doma joined the Whitebeard Pirates for protection, as speculated by fans. He is skilled in a two-sword style and is often seen with a monkey on his shoulders wielding a revolver. Some believe that Doma may be the man with the flaming mark due to a bandanna covering his forehead, hinting that he may be hiding something significant.

However, labeling him as the man identified by the flames would not hold much significance, so let us consider a more compelling piece of evidence. While the specific timeframe was not disclosed, it is possible that the battles against Doma and the victorious encounter with a warlord of the sea, resulting in Ace’s promotion to Second Division Commander, took place simultaneously.

To avoid any encounters with Government officials, Portgas D Ace made the decision to join the Whitebeard Pirates, as warlords are considered to be officers of the World Government.

According to Shiryu’s confirmation, the man with the flames is employed by the World Government in One Piece. Therefore, Doma, who was once a warlord and wears a bandana across his forehead, as if concealing a mark, is likely to be the man marked by the flames.

In conclusion, these are my final thoughts.

Before declaring Doma as the man marked by the flames, it is important to carefully consider several factors. For instance, when compared to Saul and other potential candidates for this role, Doma lacks any background that could potentially connect him to the Poneglyphs.

Additionally, Doma’s character in the series is relatively minor, so his larger-than-life persona would not align well with the narrative of One Piece. However, if by some chance this theory proves to be true, it should be approached with some skepticism.
