The opening of Oshi no Ko chapter 145, titled Children, featured Tsukuyomi’s first performance as she portrayed a young Ruby Hoshino. Despite giving a decent performance, Ruby was not satisfied as she felt that Tsukuyomi had made her character too childish. In contrast, Ruby believed that she had been more mature in her earlier years.

The manga also showed Ruby and Tsukuyomi acting out the roles of Ai and young Ruby together. While Tsukuyomi was being lifted by Ruby, she unexpectedly had a vision of Sarina Tendouji, leading the manga to suggest a potential connection between them in the past.

The manga then depicted Tsukuyomi playing a young Aqua once again. As before, she received criticism for acting too cute for the role. Even Kana, who had previously believed Aqua to be intelligent, was impressed by Tsukuyomi’s portrayal. As a result, both Ruby and Kana began to admire Tsukuyomi for her striking resemblance to young Aqua.

After that, Aqua joined them, feeling that he had been too gifted in his past. Immediately afterwards, the manga started delving into Tsukuyomi’s origins.

In the past, Tsukuyomi was a real crow who was discovered wounded by Sarina Tendouji. Sarina requested Doctor Gorou Amamiya to treat the crow, and despite not being a veterinarian, Gorou took on the responsibility. Once the crow recovered, Sarina and Gorou released it back into the wild. However, the crow continued to accompany them in their daily activities until the day Sarina passed away in her hospital bed.

The manga then returned to the present, with Tsukuyomi coming to terms with the fact that she may have been overly cute while portraying Aqua and Ruby. Despite this, she believed that Aqua and Ruby had always been mischievous and adorable children.
