Paris Field, who appeared on Below Deck Season 11, revealed on Watch What Happens Live that she has a strong connection with a cast member from Below Deck Mediterranean.
Stew Paris Field was brought onto Below Deck Season 11 as a replacement for Cat Baugh midway through the charter season. It was revealed that she had previously dated deckhand Jake Foulger, who had previously appeared on Season 9.
During the May 13 broadcast of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Paris exposed the unexpected link she shares with a fellow Below Deck cast member.
Throughout the episode, two fans inquired about Paris’ thoughts on Below Deck Mediterranean stewardess Natalya Scudder’s tendency to bring relationship drama onto the boat, given that they both reside in Perth, Australia.
Paris explained that she and Natalya had attended high school together. They were in the same homeroom, even though Natalya was two years younger.
“Whenever she entered the room, she would be wearing a tied-up top and exuded a mischievous energy. Despite being older than her, I couldn’t help but wonder who this girl was. She would always sit at the back of the class, and I couldn’t help but think, ‘What is she up to?’”
The stew mentioned that their friendship grew and became strong, with Natalya being the one who introduced her to yachting.
Paris responded to the fan’s question by stating that it is typical for Natalya to intertwine her personal relationship issues with her job on the boat.
Some Below Deck fans speculated that Paris and Natalya may have a friendship after they got into a social media argument with Bosun Ben Willoughby on April 30.
Ben was criticized by the stews for his lackluster performance as a Bosun, but Season 11 star Barbie Pascual defended herself and clapped back at him on Instagram.
Having been made aware of Paris and Natalya’s enduring friendship, viewers may now hope for their joint appearance in a future Below Deck season.
The Bravo network airs Below Deck on Mondays at 9:00 p.m. ET.
