However, details regarding its potential connection to Sheridan’s expansive Yellowstone universe remain unclear. Should a crossover come to fruition, Landman star Paulina Chávez has expressed a notable desire for how her character would interact with the iconic Dutton family.

Although Yellowstone has concluded its final season, the franchise has expanded into a plethora of spinoffs, including the Texan adventures of Beth and Rip, the enigmatic 1944, and an array of tantalizing teasers from cast member Forrie J. Smith. Meanwhile, Paramount’s Landman has gained immense popularity on Paramount+, yet no official confirmation has been provided about a shared universe or a possible crossover between the two series.

Chávez’s Wish: Friendship with Beth Dutton

One character who stands out in the Yellowstone canon is the fiercely ambitious Beth Dutton, portrayed by the talented Kelly Reilly. Known for her fierce loyalty to her father John and her antagonistic relationship with her brother Jamie, Beth’s wrath is a force to be reckoned with. It’s no surprise that Paulina Chávez is aware of Beth’s formidable reputation.

In a recent discussion with Town & Country Magazine, Chávez pondered on the prospect of her character Ariana intertwining with the Dutton saga. She remarked, “I mean, that would be really cool. No idea, but I hope Beth would be a friend, not an enemy.”

While having Beth Dutton as an enemy would be a tough challenge for the grieving Ariana, their relationship could have a different dynamic if Beth chose to extend her friendship. Beth’s experience and loyalty could provide Ariana with the support she desperately needs. Although Paramount has yet to announce a second season for Landman, there remains a possibility for character interactions between Tommy Norris and the Duttons in future installments.
