To gain a happy ending, you must choose to accept an offer during a Thai massage. While this option might appear during other types of massages, my experience suggests that it primarily features in the Thai massage scenario. Therefore, focusing on this type is advisable for completing the task effectively.

The acquisition of a happy ending involves several steps. If you require guidance, here’s a comprehensive list to help you through the process.

Reach the age of 18: Ensure your character is at least 18 years old to unlock the massage option.
Access the Activities page: Located in the bottom right corner, above your character’s stats.
Navigate to the Salon & Spa section: This section can be found closer to the bottom of the menu, nestled between Rehab and Shopping.
Select the Massage option: This option lies between Hair Stylist and Nail Salon choices.
Opt for a Thai massage: Utilize the dropdown menu under “Pick your massage” to switch from the default option to a Thai massage.
Commence the massage: Choose the “Get a massage” option to move forward.
Continue the process until you see the happy ending prompt: The appearance of this pop-up is random; you might receive it after your first attempt or need several sessions before it activates. Persistence is key!

My own experience required approximately 13 Thai massages before the desired option appeared. Once available, be prepared to spend an additional $50 on top of the initial $250 for the base massage. Therefore, ensure you have sufficient funds before attempting this task.
