Pokemon Go Fans in Awe of Player’s Crazy Mewtwo Catch

In Pokemon Go, catching or receiving a Hundo is a rare occurrence. These highly coveted Pocket Monsters have full attack, defense, and HP stats, making them a highly desired prize due to their difficulty to obtain.

Combining regular Pokemon with a Lucky Pokemon, obtained through trading with another player, will undoubtedly make a large portion of the game’s community envious.

Despite this, one member of the Pokemon Go subreddit has managed to surpass that feat by trading with their uncle and obtaining a Lucky Hundo Armored Mewtwo. This has left the rest of the player base in awe and filled with envy.

Uncle Traded me this and it Went Lucky! byu/Accalias0 inpokemongo

“According to the poster, they have been playing since 2016 and had not been able to catch this particular one. However, their uncle, who had many of them, offered to trade it to them. The poster shared that their uncle was likely unaware of the rarity of the traded ‘mon and became jealous afterwards.”

Obtaining Armored Mewtwo in the mobile game is a difficult feat, as it is only available during specific events and raids. This means that fans must time their attempts perfectly or rely on trading with their uncle to obtain such an epic win.

In fact, the comment section was quickly flooded with players asking the poster, “Can your uncle adopt me?”, all hoping for a chance to capture Mewtwo.

Surprisingly, a player disclosed that the Lucky outcome of the trade was not as fortunate as commonly believed: “When you trade an item that is at least 3 years old, there is only a 20% chance of it becoming Lucky. Therefore, its Hundo status is truly remarkable. Congratulations OP!”

It is well-known that Pokemon caught between 2017 and 2018 have a greater likelihood of being Lucky. One user shared that they currently have a “at least 80-90% lucky trade opportunity”. However, this does not guarantee a Hundo, making this trade a truly rare and exciting occurrence.
