On May 2, Niantic made several announcements regarding Pokemon Go. Among them were confirmation of another chance to acquire a Master Ball, as well as the reveal of details for the upcoming Flock Together Research event.
The event, as its name suggests, will revolve around a bird theme, showcasing a variety of bird Pokemon. Additionally, players can expect a higher chance of encountering Shiny Pokemon and completing Timed Research during this event.

Flock Together is scheduled for May 11, 2024 from 2-5 PM local time.
