Suga is being charged with operating an electric scooter while under the influence of alcohol on August 6th. He was apprehended by the police after losing control of the scooter due to his intoxication. Despite claiming to have only consumed one beer, Suga’s blood alcohol level was measured at 0.227%, which is classified as significantly impaired.

There were also allegations that Suga and his agency tried to minimize the incident by initially claiming he was using an electric kickboard, when in reality he was riding an electric scooter.
