In episode 4, titled *Operation City Hall Recapture*, we witnessed Garfiel Tinsel and Mimi Pearlbatton in a skirmish against two members of the Witch’s Cult before they managed to evade capture. The scene soon shifted to Reinhard van Astrea, who faced off against his father, Heinkel Astrea, while Felt was held hostage. The narrative then turned towards Subaru Natsuki and his allies, who began to outline strategies countering the Witch’s Cult’s ambitions.

Following brief discussions regarding Capella Emerada Lugunica’s true identity, the group confronted Garfiel, who entered with what appeared to be Mimi’s motionless body. Thankfully, Felix Argyle intervened, providing much-needed medical care to Mimi, who survived her injuries. Meanwhile, Capella made a chilling announcement that she planned to attack both the citizens of Priestella and Subaru’s group, culminating in a mysterious sonic assault on them.

After briefing Julius and the others on his plan, Subaru and his team went on a mission to disable Capella’s media setup intended for communicating with the city. Unfortunately, they encountered the same Cultists who had previously attacked them and struggled to subdue them.

Suddenly, Capella transformed into a dragon and confronted Subaru’s group. Julius launched an attack that caused significant damage, but Capella’s wounds swiftly healed before she retreated. The episode concluded with Subaru’s group meeting the Sin Archbishop of Gluttony, inciting Subaru’s rage. The focus then shifted back to Emilia, who awoke in a mysterious room, where Regulus Corneas approached her with an unsettling question about her virginity, leaving the episode hanging on a cliffhanger.
