The RIIZE members have been receiving recognition for their recent performance at a university music festival.
One of South Korea’s most popular online community forums, TheQoo, saw a post on May 24, 2024, titled “RIIZE performing ‘Siren’ live at Kyunghee University festival today.”The post was uploaded in real time.
The post featured a tweet shared by the original poster, showcasing a performance by RIIZE at Kyunghee University. The group captivated the audience with their dynamic and vigorous dance routine for their hit single “Siren.”Despite its intense and deliberate choreography, all the members delivered a flawless and high-energy performance.

An interesting fact is that the members had recently arrived in South Korea after participating in events in the United States. The tweet in question asked, “Wait, are these the same kids who just came back from LA? They were so energetic and dancing to ‘Siren’ on stage!”
Beforehand, RIIZE had a full schedule of events in the United States. On May 23, the group was spotted participating in Korean Heritage Night at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles. The day before, on May 22, they were honored with a plaque of gratitude from the LA City Council, and the day prior to that, they delighted their fans with a concert as part of their fancon tour.

Despite having hectic schedules and possibly experiencing jet lag, the members of RIIZE remained unwavering during their performance of “Siren.”In fact, they were even heard encouraging the crowd to scream, ensuring that the audience was hyped up throughout the performance.
Despite their hard work, the members’ efforts were not overlooked. Korean netizens praised them for a great performance, admiring their coolness. Some even joked about the difficulty of the dance, saying they were exhausted just from watching RIIZE’s performance.
Numerous individuals also expressed their worry for RIIZE, acknowledging the demanding nature of their schedules.

Despite facing criticism for not singing live, RIIZE received a rush of support from their fans. It was noted by many that the dance routine was incredibly challenging, which justified their decision to not sing during certain parts. Nevertheless, the majority of their performance consisted of live singing by RIIZE.
Several comments stated,
- “They did great. I will never get tired of ‘Siren.’”
- “They are so cool.”
- “They all did well. Sohee’s voice stood out so much. There were so many people that I gave up trying to be at the front, but when we heard Sohee’s voice, everyone went ‘wow!’”
- “It’s impossible to sing live in ‘Siren.’ It’s tiring to perform, so some parts are live and others are not. Anyway, this is basically live. If you watch their fan cam, you can see everything for yourself. What’s the point of nitpicking?”
- “Their schedule is f*cking harsh.”
- “Wow, the choreography looks f*cking hard. They did great.”
- “No, but they just came back from LA this morning and are dancing like this… It’s crazy. Singers who live off of fans’ energy are the best.”
- “Wow, I’m tired just watching them. The fact that RIIZE performed this well is amazing.”
- “Their energy is amazing. RIIZE did so well.”
