In a conversation with her fans about her debut album, Rosé expressed, “Where to begin? I cannot believe I am finally announcing my first album release to you all. I remember that after our year-long tour ended last year, I found myself in a session here in Los Angeles. That led to a year of frequenting the studio, writing songs with new songwriters and producers, and trying to navigate the next chapter of my career. Many nights, I fell asleep feeling confused and lost.”

“However, with the love from my dear friends and family, my team, and of course my number ones, I am here today filled with excitement to announce my album release date. I have invested my heart and soul into this collection. I cannot wait for you to experience this little journal of mine. Rosie is the name my friends and family call me. With this album, I hope you feel a deeper connection to me. And yes, it’s a full-length album,” she added.

Rosé revealed that she once felt lost and invested all her emotional energy into her album “rosie” .

This album comprises 12 tracks, meaning Rosé will release more songs than BLACKPINK did in their first three years after debuting. As one fan pointed out in a viral post, “BLACKPINK didn’t even have 12 songs until 2019. Oh, we love you Rosé!”

Adding to this exciting news, Rosé’s lawyer confirmed that she retains complete ownership of all her master recordings released under The Black Label and Atlantic Records, granting her full legal rights to her music without the concern of future disputes.

Simultaneously, fellow BLACKPINK members, Jennie and Lisa, are also working hard on their own solo ventures for upcoming albums. Following her tracks *New Woman* and *ROCKSTAR*, Lisa will be launching a sweet love ballad titled “Moonlit Floor” .

Meanwhile, Jennie has been sharing promotional images for her debut solo album, with her first single “Mantra”set to be released on October 11th.
