Silent Hill f is embarking on a distinctive collaboration that intertwines the realms of gaming and brewing, providing fans with a unique opportunity to indulge in local beverages inspired by the haunting landscapes of the game’s setting. This initiative is a joint venture with Okuhida Shuzo, a prominent sake brewery situated in Kanayama, Gifu Prefecture— the very region that inspired the fictional town of Ebisugaoka.

Kanayama, characterized by its quaint wooden houses and intricate back alleys, serves as the rural backdrop for the game’s protagonist, Hinako. The atmosphere of this locale, with its mysterious and eerie charm, made it an ideal source of inspiration for the chilling imagery present in Silent Hill.

Unique Alcoholic Collaboration with Okuhida Shuzo

Through this collaboration, Okuhida Shuzo will unveil a limited selection of sake products and sweets themed around the unsettling visuals of Silent Hill f. The centerpiece of this initiative is the Silent Hill f sake, which is priced at approximately $25 USD. This premium beverage is crafted using 100% Hida Homare rice, a renowned variety cultivated exclusively for sake production in Gifu Prefecture.

Moreover, a smaller bottle is available for about $12 USD, featuring exclusive artwork of Hinako on the label paired with a striking red tassel cord for added flair. This design element beautifully ties the product back to its roots in the game.

In addition to the sake, this collaboration also features a selection of chocolates inspired by the iconic red flowers that play a significant role in Hinako’s journey. These chocolates are thoughtfully designed and come in two variants: a nine-piece box priced at approximately $15 USD and a smaller four-piece set available for around $8.50 USD. Each chocolate set includes strawberry flakes, allowing fans to sprinkle a flavorful touch that resonates with the game’s memorable floral motifs.

This initiative marks yet another creative venture for Silent Hill f, following a previous collaboration with Lofi Girl, which introduced a chillingly cozy soundtrack to accompany players on their journeys.
