In response to CEO Min Hee-jin’s statement, Source Music stated that they did not copy her launch strategy, as she was a CBO under their company in the past, and they did not receive any complaints from her. They also mentioned that in May 2020, Chairman Bang Si-hyuk expressed his opinion about the launch strategy proposed by CBO Min Hee-jin, stating that it would be implemented through a new team in her own label, rather than the N Team.

Source Music stated that they were aware of the discussion involving Min Hee-jin, but they believed that she was distorting the truth by claiming that Chairman Bang Si-hyuk had proposed using N Team to implement her launch strategy. They also announced that in addition to their current damage lawsuit against Min Hee-jin, they would be taking further legal action and strongly addressing this issue.

Finally, they declared their readiness to share their data at any given moment if required to uncover the truth, demonstrating a firm stance on legal action.
