Your mission during the Groundbreaking quest entails multiple tasks, which include:

Gaining access to the locked room located at Pilgrim’s Peak.
Searching for construction research materials within the room.
Identifying the building illustrated on the whiteboard.
Capturing a photograph of the deserted housing project.

Before embarking on your raid through the Blue Gate, ensure you collect the Blue Gate Communication Tower Key. This key will be made available once you accept the Groundbreaking quest from Apollo, which follows the completion of the Deciphering the Data quest.

Securely store the Blue Gate Communication Tower Key in your safe pockets to avoid losing it while tackling your objectives. It is also advisable to carry a Raider Hatch Key for a smoother extraction at the conclusion of your tasks, provided the Raider Hatches are operational during your raid.

Within this locked room, you’ll discover various loot options: a weapon box, several drawers, breachable servers near the door, and numerous loose items scattered across tables. After fully looting, your next destination is the Abandoned Housing Project, located just south of Pilgrim’s Peak (closer to the map’s edge).
