Fans of Jujutsu Kaisen are struggling to say goodbye to their cherished series, especially since the announcement about its conclusion came unexpectedly. Many believe there remain numerous unanswered questions and unresolved storylines, making it difficult to wrap things up in just two remaining chapters without feeling rushed.
This has led to widespread speculation that the series might get a Part 2 to continue its narrative, akin to Tatsuki Fujimoto’s Chainsaw Man. While the likelihood of such an occurrence remains slim, many fans are still holding onto the hope of continuing the beloved battle shonen saga.
Among the many elements fans wish to see in a potential sequel, the most exciting one is the prospect of Ryomen Sukuna returning to unleash chaos on the Jujutsu society once again.

The general notion is that curses could grow stronger posthumously. Given that Sukuna proclaimed himself a curse in his final moments, it may not be too far-fetched to believe he isn’t truly gone.
Additionally, @BIGDADDYGOJO posited that none of Sukuna’s final moments seemed like a proper conclusion for his character. Since Uraume suggested that Sukuna faced defeat due to being in a reincarnated state, the user expressed hope for his return in his original form in a potential Jujutsu Kaisen Part 2.
Another theory, popularized by @Neferpitou55 on X, suggested that the last two chapters of the series would mirror its first two chapters. Thus, the user predicted that Satoru Gojo may reappear in the forthcoming chapter 270, while Yuji Itadori could consume Sukuna’s final finger again in the last chapter.

Just before his defeat, Sukuna was seen expelling three of his fingers in chapter 267 after Yuji delivered a devastating punch. The user argued that Sukuna might have intentionally thrown up his fingers, realizing his grip on Megumi’s body was weakening due to Yuji’s attacks.
