Hang out the senior citizen way.

Taco Bell will be debuting “The Cantinas,”a new early retirement community in San Diego on August 17 – 18, 2024, giving everyone the opportunity to experience retired living.

The Cantinas retirement village offers everything that senior citizens could want, including daytime activities in the sun, golf carts for transportation, and, hopefully, an abundance of Taco Bell food.

To purchase tickets for this dream weekend for pensioners, only Taco Bell Rewards Members will have access to day passes and weekend memberships, beginning at noon ET / 9 a.m. PT on July 16.

The Cantinas welcomes guests to partake in a Taco Bell-inspired experience that combines senior citizen recreation with cross-generational activities. With options such as morning golf, afternoon exercise classes, and pickleball games, attendees will leave feeling refreshed and part of a community that embraces the vibrant concept of ‘living más.’

Taylor Montgomery, U.S. Chief Marketing Officer of Taco Bell, wants to challenge the common belief that retirement is the key to living the life you desire. While it may be true for some, he believes that waiting until the age of 55 is not necessary to start living the life you crave.

Unleash your inner eclectic grandparent.

“The Cantinas early retirement community embodies our brand’s values, bringing people of all ages together to Live Más on their own terms.”

A day ticket to The Cantinas costs $50 for two individuals (each Taco Bell Rewards member must purchase one ticket, which includes a complimentary ticket for a guest) and grants entry to the event on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. or Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

If you and your plus one would like to stay for the entire weekend, tickets for two people are $150. This offer is exclusively for Taco Bell Rewards members and their plus one. Please note, only one ticket can be obtained per person. Therefore, if you plan on attending with a group, be sure to have multiple Taco Bell Rewards members present.

Even though the complete schedule of events is not yet available, remember to retrieve your resort shirt from storage and remain updated on The Cantinas’ community and itinerary announcements at www.TheCantinas.net

Hopefully, during the big weekend, Taco Bell will offer their Baja Blast gelato to provide a refreshing treat for retirees.
