However, Masayuki’s party displayed hostility towards Rimuru and even threatened to engage in a battle. That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime: Rimuru meets Yuuki and Class-S students, and welcomes Masayuki
In That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime season 3 episode 18, the focus shifts to Engrassia, where Rimuru Tempest encounters Yuuki Kagurazaka, the leader of the Free Guild. During their meeting, Rimuru asks Yuuki if he can attend the Founder’s Festival in Jura Tempest for a few days, and Yuuki happily accepts the invitation.
Yuuki assures Rimuru that he can rely on his trusted staff while he is away. He then introduces Kagali, his personal assistant and the Vice-Master of the Free Guild. The blonde-haired girl gracefully introduces herself to Rimuru and shares her enthusiasm for exploring ancient ruins.
Based on the events of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime season 3 episode 18, Kagali made a trip to Soma, one of the most expansive ancient ruins in the Western region. Rimuru is captivated by Kagali’s vivid depictions of the ruins and engages in a profound discussion with her.
Afterward, Rimuru is delighted to reunite with the Class-S kids. They gather around the Demon Lord, filled with happiness. Rimuru extends an invitation for everyone to visit his nation, Jura Tempest, including Mrs. Tiss. Although she initially declines, she eventually gives in to the children’s pleas and agrees to join them.
In That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime season 3 episode 18, Rimuru Tempest is seen teleporting to the Jura Tempest with Yuuki and the others. There, he presents the Class-S children with a medallion that grants them free access to explore and dine at any stall in Jura Tempest.
Upon receiving a telepathy call from his executive, Rimuru learns that Masayuki the Hero and his party have arrived at the Jura Tempest. The party members display arrogant behavior towards the Demon Lord, convinced that their leader will effortlessly defeat him.
Despite Yuuki’s attempts to calm them, Masayuki’s group remains wary of placing their trust in a Demon Lord. Rimuru is affected by their harsh words and threats, but he manages to maintain a calm demeanor. As a solution, he suggests that they enter the upcoming battle tournament, scheduled for the following day.
If Rimuru Tempest is able to emerge triumphant, he will agree to their challenge. Despite being pressured by his teammates, Masayuki ultimately agrees to Rimuru’s offer. He holds onto the belief that things will continue to go smoothly for him, as they always have.
The eighteenth episode of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime season 3 concludes with the Slime feeling satisfied about the possibility of a hero participating in his upcoming battle tournament.
