QT, also known as Quori-Tyler, has just revealed that the food situation in The Circle US is not as expected.
During their participation in The Circle, the contestants are tasked with numerous responsibilities. Their primary focus is to devise a winning strategy in order to secure the cash prize, which requires navigating their way through their fellow catfishing competitors.
In Season 6, the contestants have primarily used a custom social media platform to communicate with each other. However, there have also been several instances where the stars are seen cooking in their apartments, which is an unusual combination. One of the stars explained that they have no choice in this matter.
On April 20, Quori-Tyler from Season 6 revealed insider information about The Circle in a video on her Instagram account.
One of the details she disclosed was that contestants are always shown cooking in every episode because they are not provided with food that has been cooked by production.
“In the clip, she explained that they collect a grocery list from you on a weekly basis. You simply write down all the items you want and they deliver it to you within approximately two days.”
This is quite distinct from what is typically seen in Netflix reality TV shows. In fact, the production team of Love Is Blind received criticism for not providing cooked meals for the contestants, leading to subsequent episodes featuring on-camera shots of pre-made food. It is possible that The Circle will also experience similar reactions in the future.
