This documentary on Terraiste is already captivating Pokémon fans

A sneak peek at a fan-made nature documentary Pokémon titled “Pokearth,” with narration by David Attenborough, was posted on Reddit, and fans are absolutely loving it.

A fan posted clips from a nature documentary series called Pokearth. It highlights the Pokémon Terrain and Axoloto from Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

To complement the stunning graphics and endearing scene, Redditor EnlargedKai included an AI-generated voice of David Attenborough to narrate the touching moment.

The project, made on Blender, is part of a “series” , and the first episode should be released in a few weeks.

The Pokémon documentary is on the way

One Pokémon fan called the project “awesome” and said: “I hope you get some funding to make a full set of the Pokédex by region and route/zone.”

“Absolutely blessed,” said another.

Pokémon fans especially loved the charming creature’s amusing antics. “Why did I laugh so hard when I saw Axoloto wallowing in the mud?” said one fan.

Another added: “This little wallowing has made me lose my mind. They’re so silly, I love them.”

“That’s it,” another fan responded, praising the short.

Some fans were wondering if Colimucus, Terraiste’s second-generation cousin, would make an appearance. EnlargedKai replied: “But don’t worry, I have it in mind for future projects.”

Another warned: “Attenborough is known to send CND letters to people using AI-generated versions of his voice.”

“They will probably receive the same treatment,” they said. Echoing this concern, one user said the documentary was “really good,” but that they should watch it before it’s “taken down.”

Another noted that a 40K channel known for making short 40K documentaries using the voice of David Attenborough had been removed. They suggested finding another assistant voice to narrate the show instead.

Enlarged Kai responded to the concern, saying: “I won’t have time to change the AI voice for the full Terraiste video, but hopefully using it just once won’t end me.”

Whether the documentary remains online or not, Pokémon fans loved this delightful short and are eagerly awaiting the release of the full short.
