The LGBTQ+ community has chosen to honor “Pride Month”by using the social media platform X to vote for their preferred South Korean male celebrities.

The rankings have come as a shock to numerous netizens, as Son Seok Koo takes the top spot followed closely by Jung Hae In. The list is dominated by actors including Lee Joon Hyuk, Wi Ha Jun, and Nam Joo Hyuk. Among idols, Soobin (TXT) holds the highest position and has surpassed well-known seniors Mingyu (SEVENTEEN) and Cha Eun Woo (ASTRO).

These are the top 10 South Korean male celebrities who are most adored by the LGBTQ+ community:

Son Seok Koo

Born in 1983, Son Seok Koo rose to prominence with his roles in popular series like “My Liberation Notes,” “D.P.,” and “Jirisan.” However, his unexpected placement at the top of this list has caught many by surprise.

Jung Hae In is the name of a person.

Cha Eun Woo is ranked in the top 10, much to the surprise of many who expected him to be ranked higher.

The list was subsequently shared on the Korean forum Pann, resulting in a flurry of comments and discussions.

It’s noteworthy that gay men tend to favor male celebrities with puppy-like qualities, while lesbians tend to gravitate towards those with more cat-like traits.
