The most effective training plans in EA FC 25 are All Out Performance and All Out Energy. However, you can maximize both aspects by utilizing the new Automated Plan feature and setting the thresholds as follows:
- All Out Performance – 70
- Performance-focused – N/A
- All Out Energy – 80
- Energy-focused – N/A
This setup will automatically modify your squad’s training plan as their stats fluctuate throughout the season.
If your team’s sharpness dips below the 70 mark, they will participate in performance training to regain speed. Conversely, if a congested schedule causes fitness levels to drop below 80, the focus will switch back to enhancing stamina.
This approach alleviates much of the post-match management workload, enabling you to focus on team selection and player development.
Nonetheless, you might need a more customized training regimen for certain veteran players. If you notice declines in their sharpness or fitness, investing time in creating a specialized plan could be beneficial.
Boosting Sharpness in Career Mode
Choosing either All Out Performance or Performance-focused as your training plan will enhance a player’s sharpness in EA FC 25. When at full strength, players will gain a minor stat increase each time they compete.
This strategy is particularly effective for squad players who aren’t assured a starting position every week, as even a brief absence can lead to a loss of sharpness. This might slightly impact fitness, but it shouldn’t be a major concern if their minutes are limited.
Enhancing Fitness in Career Mode
On the flip side, All Out Energy or Energy-focused will quickly boost a player’s stamina during the days leading up to matches. It’s crucial to ensure all players are fully match-fit, especially when competing in various tournaments, so that you can deploy your top players whenever necessary.
