Tower of God Season 2 has been split into cours, with the second part arriving in just one month, although fans are not particularly excited.
After four years of anticipation, Tower of God Season 2 debuted this summer but received a lackluster response. The acclaimed first season raised expectations, but issues such as subpar animation and unsatisfactory subtitling have tarnished viewers’ experiences.
The initial part concluded with Episode 13, and the subsequent segment, titled ‘Workshop Battle’, is set to premiere on October 6, 2024, though enthusiasm for this next installment appears to be waning.

One fan expressed, “I’m a big fan of Tower of God, but the animation weaknesses are quite noticeable in several scenes. I hope these issues get resolved in the second part.”
Another commenter remarked, “This is the worst animated anime I have ever seen in my life.” However, a third fan mentioned the silver lining, noting, “There is some hype, though, as people remain optimistic about the other half.”
Stray Kids have been confirmed to perform the opening and ending themes for the upcoming episodes, which has brought some excitement. The popular K-pop group has garnered numerous awards and recognition from the Korean Prime Minister.
Their involvement may suggest a greater investment in the Shonen anime adaptation. Workshop Battle represents the second significant arc of Tower of God Part 2, focusing on the annual battle that occurs every five years on the Workshop floor of the iconic tower.
Baam will reconnect with his friends, setting the stage for future developments in the storyline. The upcoming episodes hold considerable potential, assuming The Answer Studio can address their production challenges.
