Ultimate Football League, also known as UFL, has been in the works at Strikerz Inc for a considerable amount of time and has garnered significant attention.
The announcement of UFL, a potential rival to popular football games such as EA FC 24 and eFootball, was made in 2016. However, due to multiple delays, the release of the game has been continuously pushed back.

Ultimate Football League Release Date
Despite the absence of an official release date for Ultimate Football League, CEO Eugene Nashilov of Strikerz has confirmed that it will be launched sometime in 2024.

The highly anticipated title was originally planned for a 2022 release, but it was pushed back to December 2023 and has since been delayed even further.
Confirmed UFL Platforms
The game UFL can currently only be played on the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. The most recent evaluations for the game were carried out on these next-generation consoles, and there is currently no confirmation of a Nintendo Switch version. However, the developers have not ruled out the possibility of UFL being released for the PS4 and Xbox One in the future.
Although the game won’t be immediately available for PC players, the developers have reassured that they are actively working on bringing UFL to the platform. However, their focus is currently on developing the game for consoles. PC players should not be discouraged by this prioritization.

Will Ultimate Football League be free-to-play?
The developers announced that Ultimate Football League would be free to play when they began the UFL project in 2016. This allows football fans to enjoy the game without any cost.
Currently, the game is in its Open Beta stage, allowing players to include UFL in their digital libraries and join the game once the Beta is officially launched.

Ultimate Football League has formed a partnership with FIFPro, which grants them permission to utilize the names and images of more than 65,000 players. Furthermore, various teams, including West Ham United, Sporting CP, Borussia Monchengladbach, and others, have confirmed their involvement in the game through their social media accounts.
Furthermore, UFL ambassadors such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Romelu Lukaku, Oleksandr Zinchenko, and Roberto Firmino have been announced by the developers. The in-game models of these players have also been revealed.

UFL Gameplay Details
The goal of UFL is to provide a fair and unique experience in the world of football gaming. As a free-to-play game, it is primarily an online platform that offers a global league with a division-based ranking system. This allows players to create their own teams by collecting top-rated players, similar to EA FC’s Ultimate Team.
The title also enables players to strategically manage their teams by adjusting settings such as formations, player roles, and defensive and offensive tactics. Additionally, the game allows players to alter their team’s depth and width during both attacking and defensive phases.
