Most of these tasks are associated with the Legacy Paths, which can be accessed via the Age Progress screen.

For instance, accomplishing objectives such as the Non Sufficit Orbis quest within the Military Legacy Path rewards you with +1 Militaristic Attribute Point upon reaching the first milestone. Additionally, completing cultural objectives like converting settlements to your religion can grant +1 Cultural Attribute Point. The most effective strategy for accumulating attribute points is to complete objectives across all Legacy Paths, as many tasks offer multiple attribute points or additional rewards.

Moreover, players naturally acquire attribute points as they advance through the game’s ages. Each leader receives three points through Narrative Events, which occur on the 25th turn of each age at standard game speed.
