Accolades have been an integral part of Fortnite Battle Royale from the start, providing a quick way to level up. Here’s a breakdown of what Accolades are and how you can obtain all of them.

Fortnite offers multiple methods for motivating its player community to advance in the game, such as completing quests, participating in new game modes and Creative maps, obtaining Survivor Medals, achieving Victory Royales, and earning Accolades to speed up the process of leveling up and receiving skin and cosmetic rewards through the Battle Pass.

In Chapter 5 Season 4, Epic has significantly expanded the number of Accolades that players can earn. This has provided them with numerous additional opportunities to gain extra XP while playing Fortnite.

Accolades in Fortnite: What They Are and How to Obtain Them

You can earn XP by completing Accolades during your matches.

Fortnite accolades are earned automatically for accomplishing specific objectives in a Battle Royale game. Upon receiving an accolade, a notification, similar to the one shown in the image above, will appear and you will be rewarded with XP.

You will find the 500 XP prize for achieving the Shotgun Master accolade by dealing 1000 Shotgun damage to enemies in a single match. In Fortnite, there are many Accolades available, each of which can be earned multiple times, but only once per Battle Royale match.

Once the match has ended, you can access the Match Stats section to see the medals and other Accolades you earned during the match. Additionally, the lobby menu also allows you to view your open collections and all your accolades.

How to Access Collections and View Accolades

To access Accolades in Collections, navigate to the Quests tab in the main Fortnite lobby menu. From there, select Collections and then choose Accolades to view them.

There are 8 types of Accolades you can get in Fortnite.

To successfully finish the “Open Collections and view Accolades”Jumpstart Quest in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4, you must complete this task. Upon accessing the Accolades screen, you will receive a quest completion reward of 15,000 XP immediately.

The Accolades screen displays all the Accolades currently available in Fortnite, including the 8 different types, instructions on how to complete them, and the number of times they have been completed in the game.

Despite the downsizing of the amount of Accolades available in Chapter 5 Season 4, Epic has introduced seven new Seasonal Accolades for players to unlock during the Absolute Doom event.

Due to the substantial amount of XP that can be earned in a single match, Team Rumble is the perfect mode for swiftly acquiring Accolades. Furthermore, the amount of Accolade XP awarded varies based on whether your progress bar is supercharged or not.
