The eighth and final episode of Percy Jackson and the Olympians will be released on January 31 on Disney+. The finale of this first season will be available from 3 a.m. in France, i.e. during the night from Tuesday to Wednesday.

At this point, Percy Jackson and the Olympians season 2 has not been officially confirmed. However, the author of the books and co-showrunner Rick Riordan has already confided during his appearance on the podcast Happy Sad Confused that he had started thinking about adapting for a sequel to the series.

“We are doing what we can to prepare for the possibility of the green light,” he explained, before adding: “We don’t know anything, it’s not official. You know, we’ve had incredible reactions everywhere… so if I were the Oracle, I’d say the omens are good. We started thinking about what these new episodes would look like, on the format of the series, and that’s about all we can do at the moment while we wait for clearance. The best way to make sure it continues is to tell your friends to log on to Disney+ and watch [the series].”
