General Fixes and Improvements

This build also addresses several issues to enhance system stability and user experience:

Taskbar: Resolved bugs related to multiple clocks displaying duplicated tooltip entries. Pinned apps will remain intact, and new hover animations for applications with numerous instances have been introduced.
Start Menu: Fixed layout inconsistencies, such as pillar shrinkage, and aligned context menus while resolving visibility issues related to accent colors.
File Explorer: Improved dark mode color rendering and adjusted low disk space indicators for better visibility.
Lock Screen: Enhanced the responsiveness and stability of the login interface.
Live Captions: Addressed crashes during live translations on devices equipped with Copilot+.
Click to Do: Resolved issues causing crashes during text and image actions.
General: Minimized DWM crash rates and fixed problems related to the interaction of hardware indicators with active areas on the screen.
