During a broadcast, xQc was shocked after watching Dr Disrespect’s video announcing his return to streaming. He described the post as “scary”and shared his reaction with his viewers.
On September 5, 2024, controversial streamer Dr Disrespect posted a video on Twitter/X that appeared to announce his return to creating content.
It seems that he intends to make his return on September 6th; however, the response to his announcement has been far from positive. The influencer, who confessed to being permanently barred from Twitch for sending inappropriate messages to a minor, has received a particularly unfavorable reaction.
On the same day, fellow streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel viewed Doc’s announcement video during one of his own streams. The video depicted the broadcaster swiftly departing from a helicopter in a concealed speedboat, all while meticulously grooming his mustache.

Despite initially finding it funny, he couldn’t help but laugh at the follow-up tweet from Doc where he lashed out at his critics and mocked them for bringing up the incident that led to his ban from Twitch.
He inquired, “What is this chat about? Is the helicopter chasing him because of the police?”
“He continued, “What the f*ck is all that chat?”He then added, “That’s frightening.”
Despite xQc’s thoughts, he is not alone in his sentiments. Numerous comments under the Doc’s tweet also express criticism towards the streamer, who was recently demonetized on YouTube after the true reason for his Twitch ban was revealed.
It is uncertain what Dr Disrespect’s intentions are for his future content. In a tweet on September 3, he seemed to suggest that he may take a break from streaming video games. He has sporadically changed his profile pictures and banners on X since then.
The Doc will soon be returning from an “extended vacation”with his family and continues to assert that he was never charged with a crime for his involvement with a minor in 2017. It is currently uncertain which platform he will use for streaming, should he resume broadcasting on September 6.
