Yellowstone: Star’s Emotional Goodbye After Wrapping Production

Production for the remaining episodes of Yellowstone is currently underway, and one cast member has shared a heartfelt farewell message after completing their time on the show.

Despite facing numerous adversaries throughout the Taylor Sheridan show, the Dutton family has managed to find a few allies in Montana. Among these few friends is Governor Lynelle Perry, portrayed by Wendy Moniz.

Governor Perry, as John Dutton’s love interest and political ally, is a hesitant provider of insider information to the family. Although John will not be featured in the upcoming episodes of Yellowstone Season 5, Perry will definitely make an appearance.

Moniz recently wrapped up their time as a cast member on the show, and took to Instagram to share an emotional goodbye. They had been a part of the cast since the show’s debut in 2018.

She expressed her emotions about wrapping up her time on Yellowstone, saying she has been feeling a mix of sentimentality, pride, and gratitude. She described her experience on the show as a beautiful one and expressed her immense luck in getting to work with such talented, hardworking, and kind individuals since 2017.

“On August 1st, I finished filming my final scene and remembered that I had posted a message of gratitude on the same date two years ago.”

Over the past 7 years, this place has often felt like a second home, thanks to the exceptional individuals who bring it to life. There has been much to ponder and contemplate, as this place and its people hold a special significance in my heart.

Moniz shared a caption accompanied by a collection of production photos, featuring the iconic Dutton ranch barn, several horses, and the ranch entrance.

The extent of Governor Perry’s influence on the remaining episodes is yet to be determined, particularly since John is no longer involved.

On November 10, 2024, Yellowstone will resume. Additionally, a breakdown of the Yellowstone timeline will be provided to keep viewers informed of the current progress.
