Players will find an abundance of unlockable characters in Zenless Zone Zero, with many currently focusing on the Zhu Yuan banner. However, there are also a number of unreleased characters on the horizon, including the highly regarded Section 6 leader, Hoshimi Miyabi.

Hoshimi Miyabi Release Date
As of now, HoYoverse has not announced an official release date for Hoshimi Miyabi.
Nonetheless, according to leaks, her debut is expected to be in the 1.3 update, where she will be joined by her fellow Section 6 colleagues Harumasa and Yanagi. This aligns with the developers’ pattern of releasing characters based on their respective factions.
For instance, it is currently understood that the 1.1 update will feature appearances from members of the Criminal Investigation Special Response Team including Qingyi, Jane Doe, and Seth Lowell.

Hoshimi Miyabi is a character with a Slash-type fighting style, using her lethal Ice abilities to defeat her foes. She is the leader of Hollow Special Operations Section 6, and comes from a well-respected martial arts lineage in New Eridu.
As the leader of Section 6, Miyabi takes her responsibility for maintaining order seriously. She ensures this “order”by instilling fear in her enemies through her renowned sword skills, swiftly cutting down any potential threats.
The mayor of New Eridu bestowed upon Miyabi the renowned title of “Void Hunter”, thus solidifying her position as the youngest member of the Hollow-fighting community.
