During Below Deck Season 11, Captain Kerry Titheradge oversaw a great deal of drama and played a crucial role in resolving conflicts among the crew.
Despite Chief Stew Fraser Olender’s complaints about stew Barbie Pascual’s attitude, the captain persuaded him to give her another chance rather than firing her.
On Instagram, Captain Kerry posted a video from the crew’s day off, showing them enjoying a rafting excursion. She captioned the post, “What an amazing way to beat the heat! We had a blast rafting down the tranquil waters of Grenada.”
“A fan of Below Deck praised Captain Kerry, remarking on her excellent leadership and ability to work well with her team. The fan also pleaded for Barbie to remain on the crew, as she is a dedicated and diligent worker. In response, Captain Kerry wholeheartedly agreed, acknowledging Barbie’s strong work ethic.”
In addition, Barbie chimed in on the post and expressed, “Today was absolutely amazing.”The Below Deck celebrities engaged in a playful exchange in the comments, referencing an inside joke that may have stemmed from an event on that particular day.
Since Barbie and Captain Kerry have a good relationship, it is likely that Fraser’s second attempt to fire her in future episodes was unsuccessful. If Barbie does end up leaving St. David, it is probable that she will do so on her own terms.
