On July 8th, TV Report reported that BTS’s Jin had visited his former school, Boseong High School, earlier that day to film his own content.
Big Hit Music has declared, “Further information about his self-produced content will be revealed at a later date.”Furthermore, the company has verified that Jin’s recent sighting on Jeju Island was while filming the aforementioned content.
Photos of Jin’s recent visit to his alma mater have quickly circulated on social media, piquing fans’ interest in what new content he may have in store.
Since his discharge from the military on June 12th, Jin has been actively involved in a variety of activities. After taking part in the 2024 FESTA event on June 13th, he will travel to France to serve as a torchbearer for the Olympics. Additionally, he will make an appearance on MBC’s entertainment program “Half-star Hotel in Lost Island.”
Jin continues to diligently work on his upcoming album. Just recently, he hinted at his solo comeback for this year on the fan community platform Weverse. In response to a question about his plans for June 30th, Jin shared, “I’m currently in the process of recording, filming variety shows, and completing tasks that were planned during my military service. I am fully committed to my main job and will try to make as many appearances as possible. The results will be revealed in a few months, so please be patient a little longer.”
After Jin, who was the first member to be discharged, finishes his military service, the remaining BTS members – J-Hope, Suga, RM, V, Jimin, and Jungkook – will slowly return one by one. It is anticipated that BTS will be able to resume their group activities by 2025.
