The release date for chapter 425 of My Hero Academia is June 10, 2024, and the spoilers have already revealed the fate of characters such as Endeavor. The chapter also featured the graduation ceremony of the third-year students at U.A. High School.

The spoilers for chapter 425 of My Hero Academia began with the graduation ceremony at U.A. High School, during which the third year students, including Mirio’s group, were awarded their diplomas. Following the ceremony, Mirio delivered a touching graduation speech before bidding farewell.

The attention soon turned to Deku’s class, who had been promoted to the next year and were eagerly anticipating the arrival of the first years. Deku had wanted to share something with Uraraka, but she changed the subject, preventing him from doing so. Meanwhile, on the streets, a man was spotted running frantically from an unknown threat.

Despite having joined U.A. only with All for One’s permission, Aoyama announced his departure in order to seek a fresh start. Luckily, he would be succeeded by Shinso, another student. Aizawa would also remain as the homeroom teacher for Class 1-A.

The spoilers concluded with Deku inquiring about Todoroki’s plans for Aoyama’s graduation party. Todoroki’s response was vague, expressing his willingness to attend as long as it didn’t conflict with another event. In the final panel of the chapter, Enji Todoroki (Endeavor) was shown alive and seated in a wheelchair, in front of an enigmatic device.

During the final war arc, Enji’s main responsibility was to make amends and show Dabi that he regretted abandoning his son. However, Dabi’s condition was critical and he continued to resent his parents, leaving little opportunity for Enji to make a difference.

Chapter 425 confirms that Enji survived the ordeal, but there is a possibility that Dabi may have also survived. This is because the device that Enji was sitting in front of could potentially be a life chamber, allowing the villain to remain alive even with severe injuries.

Concluding Remarks

After the revelation of Enji’s background as a ruthless father who forced his dreams onto his children, his character became one of the most despised in the series. As a result, the majority of the fandom hopes that he will not survive the post-final war events.

However, as stated in chapter 425, Endeavor is alive but is shown using a wheelchair. Additionally, the chapter hinted at an upcoming event as Todoroki mentioned having prior commitments and clarified that Aoyama’s graduation party was not happening on the same day as the other event he was discussing.
