Endless Rebirth Island Experience: Warzone Map Rotation Glitch Explained

Endless Rebirth Island Experience: Warzone Map Rotation Glitch Explained

There’s a clever trick in Warzone that allows players to bypass map rotation in Resurgence, enabling them to exclusively play on Rebirth Island. This way, you can skip both Vondel and Fortune’s Keep without any waiting time.

While each map in Warzone has its own dedicated fan base, Rebirth Island stands out as the most favored option, particularly for small-map Resurgence matches.

In a recent playlist update at the end of September, Raven Software removed several playlists in anticipation of Black Ops 6. Consequently, players now have access only to Solos and Quads in Battle Royale, as well as Duos and Quads in Resurgence.

Players quickly expressed their dissatisfaction with these changes, frustrated by the elimination of numerous playlists with weeks remaining until the release of Black Ops 6, and an even longer wait for it to be integrated into Warzone.

Fortunately, there is a way to continually load into Rebirth without playing through other maps. Follow these steps:

  1. Wait for the Resurgence rotation to shift to Rebirth Island — you can choose either duos or quads, depending on your preference.
  2. Load into the map.
  3. As soon as you enter the game and the countdown begins, back out.
  4. Repeat the process: load in and immediately exit.
  5. You should now see Resurgence Rebirth Island as your ‘Last Played’ option on the menu.
  6. Select this option at any time, regardless of the rotation timer, to access only Rebirth Island lobbies.

Rebirth Island remains the most popular Warzone Resurgence map.

If your preference leans toward Fortune’s Keep or Vondel, you can apply this trick for those maps instead; however, Rebirth is undoubtedly the most favored choice.

Do keep in mind that if you play any other mode, it will replace Rebirth Island as your last played map, necessitating a redo of the trick.

As of now, it’s uncertain what will occur when Warzone integrates with Black Ops 6, or the timeframe for this integration.

This typically happens about three weeks after the main title launches, which would place us around mid-November. Additionally, the upcoming Area 99 map is anticipated to eventually replace Rebirth, a change that may not be welcomed by the majority of players.

As of the latest updates, Raven Software hasn’t patched this glitch allowing permanent access to Rebirth, but it’s wise to enjoy it while it’s still available!
