- HoYoverse has announced a new season of Genshin Impact’s Genius Invocation TCG event called Astra Carnival: The Prince Cup.
- Players will be divided into two regions– Atlantic and Pacific. Registrations are currently open until April 15th.
- Each regional tournament will have a prize pool of $60K which will be divided between the top 32 players.

The players will be split into two competition divisions, namely the Atlantic and Pacific zones. Each of these regional tournaments will offer a prize pool of $60,000. Registrations for the Wild Card competition are currently being accepted, providing you with the opportunity to qualify for the upcoming season and receive additional rewards.
The competition is scheduled to take place in the Atlantic region from April 26th to 28th and in the Pacific region from May 17th to 19th. Participants can register until April 15th by visiting the registration page on HoYoLab.
The zones are divided in this manner.
- Atlanta– Europe, America
- Pacific– Asia, HK/MO/TW
The following are the eligibility criteria:
- Player Level is at least 7
- Have at least 15 Character Cards
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Upon submitting your application successfully, you can join the corresponding competition zone’s Discord Channel by following the prompts.
Genius Invocation TCG is a game mode in Genshin Impact that was first introduced in 2022. The previous year saw the Astra Carnival: The Prince Cup, which included a community tournament known as Cat’s Tail Gathering. This year’s tournament will feature the top 24 players from the previous year’s event.
If you are not participating in the Astra Carnival, you still have the option to watch all matches on X, YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok. However, it might be worth taking a chance and competing. You never know, you could end up being the winner!
