Joker: Folie A Deux has released a new audio teaser featuring Lady Gaga as Harley Quinn speaking to the Joker. Although two trailers have already been released, this is the first time Lady Gaga’s character is heard, introducing her version of Harley Quinn to the DC Universe.
The initial promotional poster for the film was unveiled one week ago. It was shared on the Twitter account of actress from ‘A Star Is Born’ and features Joaquin Phoenix as the Joker, dipping Lady Gaga’s character Harley Quinn during a dance.
The release date for the movie has been confirmed for October 4, 2024, and the next official trailer will be available on April 9, 2024. A new audio teaser has been released by DC on Twitter, featuring Gaga’s Harley Quinn saying, “You can do anything you want; you are a Joker.” The teaser can be listened to here:
Continuing the success of the first blockbuster hit Joker, the upcoming sequel will once again showcase Joaquin Phoenix as the Joker and Lady Gaga as Harley Quinn in their leading roles. Joining them in Joker: Folie A Deux are acclaimed actors Brendan Gleeson, Catherine Keener, and Zazie Beetz.
Joker’s upcoming musical, Folie A Deux, meaning “shared psychosis,”is set to break records as the first of its kind in the superhero genre. Sticking to the original comic storyline, Arthur will find himself in Arkham Asylum, where his first encounter with Harley, his psychiatrist, takes place.
Following his Best Actor Oscar win, Phoenix will reprise his role as the Joker. Margot Robbie, known for her portrayal of Harley Quinn in Suicide Squad (2016), Birds of Prey (2020), and the upcoming Suicide Squad 2 (2021), is excited to see Lady Gaga take on the role of Harley Quinn and continue the character’s legacy.
Despite a multitude of theories circulating about Harry Lawtey’s enigmatic character, there has been no official confirmation. Fans are eagerly anticipating the release of the trailer next week, in hopes of gaining some insight into the highly anticipated sequel.

The plot is still a mystery, but the cast features Joaquin Phoenix, Lady Gaga, Brendan Gleeson, Catherine Keener, Jacob Lofland, and Harry Lewtey.
