The woman responsible for the popular ‘hawk tuah’ meme made an appearance at country singer Zach Bryan’s Nashville concert, joining him onstage to sing ‘Revival’ together.
Hailey Welch rose to internet stardom when she was featured in a street interview on TikTok. When TimandDeeTV asked her a question, she gained attention for her memorable imitation of spitting, using the phrase “hawk tuah,”and soon became a popular meme.
Ever since, Hailey has taken advantage of her newfound popularity by collaborating with Fathead Threads, a company based in Tennessee, to launch ‘Hawk Tuah’ hats. As a result, she has generated more than $60,000 in merchandise sales.
Currently, her popularity has soared to greater heights after being asked to join popular country artist Zach Bryan onstage at the Nashville’s Nissan Stadium on June 29, 2024. Together, they performed his chart-topping song ‘Revival’ to the delight of the audience.
The Tennessee native recreated her viral moment by energetically shouting her catchphrase “Hawk Tuah” into the microphone, eliciting an uproar from the audience.
