How to get Vostourno in Pokémon Go
Vostourno has been a part of Pokémon Go since 2020, and thanks to Team GO Rocket’s takeover, there are more ways to get this little vulture in the game:
- As a wild encounter.
- In the Eggs of 12 km.
- As a reward for completing the One-Time Research Task “Wonderful World: Offensive 1/2” .
- As a reward for completing the “Wonderful World: Offensive” Field Research Tasks “Defeat 4 Team GO Rocket Henchmen” and “Defeat 8 Team GO Rocket Henchmen” . Keep in mind that most of these Vostourno spawns are not available only during the “Wonderful World: Offensive” event, from Wednesday March 27, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. to Sunday March 31, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. local time.
Once the event ends, players will only be able to obtain Vostourno as a 12km Egg hatch.
How to evolve Vostourno into Vaututrice in Pokémon Go
The evolution process for Vostourno is quite simple, as it only has one stage and does not need any special items, requirements, or Buddy tasks.
To evolve Vostourno into Vaututrice, players must give him 50 Candies.
Due to the difficulty in obtaining Vostourno regularly, players should take advantage of the event and capture as many as they can. Don’t forget that you can duplicate your Candies with Nanana Berries.
Can Vostourno be shiny in Pokémon Go?
Yes, Vostourno shiny is available in Pokémon Go. He made his in-game debut at the start of the “A Looming Shadow Returns!” event. in 2021.
The differences between the regular Vostourno and the shiny aren’t too distinctive, the only change being the color saturation. However, this can be really appreciated once you evolve Shiny Vostourno into Shiny Vaututrice, as even its chest fur will change.
