In the United States, the LG V60 ThinQ is receiving the Android 13 update.

Although LG has exited the smartphone market, the company is doing well with software development for its older phones. The LG Velvet has already received the Android 13 update. And now there’s word that the LG V60 ThinQ is getting a substantial Android update. LG is bringing Android 13 to the V60 ThinQ with a fresh set of features and improvements.

T-Mobile is currently rolling out the latest software to the LG V60 ThinQ (LM-V600TM) under the V600TM40a software version number. The new update has already been received by a number of users, and some LG Velvet users have shared screenshots on Reddit and other social media platforms. In addition, Verizon models are being developed and will be introduced soon.

The update is 1.18GB in size, so make sure you have enough storage and data on your smartphone before installing it. The LG V60 ThinQ receives Android 13 with a slew of new features and security enhancements. In terms of features, the patch adds new media player controls to the lock screen and notification bar, redesigned icons with refinements, and much more. The update will also bring the monthly security patch up to date.
