As the eagerly awaited fighting game Invincible VS approaches its 2026 release, anticipation is growing with the addition of new characters, including the recently announced Robot and Monster Girl.
Set in a thrilling 3v3 tag-team format, Invincible VS brings to life the iconic characters from the acclaimed comic and television series, allowing players to engage in dynamic battles infused with superpowers.
According to developers, the initial character roster will feature between 15 to 20 fighters. With several additions already confirmed, the lineup is steadily coming together.
The latest addition, Cecil Stedman, showcases a unique zoning kit filled with various mix-up strategies. However, the upcoming characters signal a return to more aggressive playstyles as they prepare to join the brawl.
Unleashing the Combatants: Monster Girl & Robot
Quarter Up has unveiled the next two contenders just in time for Halloween festivities: Monster Girl and Robot.

In this engaging narrative, Monster Girl and Robot escalate their relationship through fierce combat, promising players an exhilarating experience.
Monster Girl is designed as a formidable brawler whose incredible strength can dismantle opponents with her crushing attacks. She embodies a rushdown style, featuring a powerful knee drop and an armored charge that bulldozes through adversaries.
In her origin story, Monster Girl’s ability allows her to de-age with each transformation. While it’s uncertain how this will affect gameplay mechanics, promotional materials for Invincible VS suggest that her unyielding spirit ensures that she can make comebacks just when her foes think they have won.

Robot, influenced by Quarter Up’s prior achievements in titles like Killer Instinct, may evoke memories of characters such as Fulgore. Primarily a rushdown fighter, Robot also brings impressive zoning capabilities to the table, leveraging rockets and powerful cannons for substantial damage from a distance. Additionally, a defensive laser ability allows him to push back those who come too close, making him a versatile choice for players.
Staying true to the show’s essence, both Monster Girl and Robot are enriched with character-specific banter and witty responses during combat, ensuring that fans of the series will delight in their interactions.

The entry of these two fighters adds depth to a game already promising an exclusive narrative not found in either the comics or the animated series.
Scheduled for launch in 2026, Invincible VS will be available on platforms including Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC. Early access will be offered to those who register for the Closed Alpha, taking place from November 21-24.
