One Piece closed its last chapter with a terrible suspense, but the 1104th will not be released this week. We explain why.
The Egg head arc of One Piece is probably the most surprising, with its countless mysteries that are finally revealed and its many different points of view. And the story takes a darker turn when the entire world finds itself plunged into chaos. Even more so with the moving story of the past between Kuma and Jewelry Bonney.
Following the unexpected arrival of Saturn at Egg head, we were suddenly revealed the shocking past of Kuma, who fought all his life against forces beyond him. After adopting Bonney, he discovered the little girl’s illness: he was then ready to do anything to save her.
Saturn took advantage of Kuma’s desperation to force the latter to sacrifice himself, in exchange for the cure for Bonney. However, chapter 1103 ended in intense suspense, with Kuma clearly returning to Egg head.
Why is One Piece Chapter 1104 not releasing this week?
Due to the Shonen Jump magazine break, chapter 1104 of One Piece will only be published on January 21, 2024. This next part will be available from 4 p.m. in France, for free on Manga Plus.
After the Christmas break, the publication blows again for the New Year holidays. Which is not only for One Piece – all ongoing series of Weekly Shonen Jump, such as Jujutsu Kaisen or My Hero Academia follow the same schedule.
Where is the story of the One Piece manga?
We left the crew in a gripping and breathtaking passage in Chapter 1103, Bartholomew Kuma bursting in to save his daughter Jewelry Bonney from the hands of Saturn. Even Dragon allows himself an appearance, preoccupied by his former revolutionary ally.
As Saturn tells Bonney that his father Kuma’s spirit is indeed dead, Luffy mysteriously receives a welcome delivery of food to recuperate, while Navy Admiral Kizaru observes the situation.
