The anime is centered on Naoe, a message therapist who meets a peculiar patient at night, as depicted in Synecdoche’s manga. Despite her fuller figure, this lovely lady, with emerald eyes and a pointed nose, possesses all the characteristics of an elf.

Upon realization, Naoe comes to understand that she is indeed an elf, with the name Erufuda, and has a desire to shed some pounds. Nonetheless, her unquenchable and detrimental fixation on unhealthy snacks hinders her from reaching her desired weight.
