Mystery Gift codes in Pokémon Scarlet and Purple allow players to earn free rewards. Here’s how to use them to collect new items.
Mystery Gifts are highly prized by trainers in various Pokémon games, so it’s not surprising to also find them in Scarlet and Violet. Players can use in-game in order to receive rewards.
This is a small single-use progression aid, which will facilitate your adventure by giving you some Poké Balls, Potions, Super Candy and many other objects. These rewards can even come in the form of unique Pokémon that you won’t find anywhere else.
Pokémon Scarlet and Purple has been available on the Nintendo Switch since November 18, 2022.

How to get a Mystery Gift code in Pokémon Scarlet and Purple
Follow the steps below to claim an in-game Mystery Gift:
- Launch Pokémon Scarlet or Purple on your Nintendo Switch.
- Press X to open the game’s main menu
- Select the Poké Portal on the right side of the menu.
- Then select Mystery Gifts at the bottom of the list.
- Select “Obtain via Internet” or “Obtain with a code” depending on the reward you wish to redeem.
- If applicable, enter the code and you will receive your free mystery gift.
