Upon viewing the post, Korean netizens were in awe of her slender physique. Many observed that she seemed to have been naturally thin since birth and remarked that her proportions would remain flattering even if she were to shed more weight, as her head does not appear disproportionately large. Some even described her as being extremely lean, attributing it to the absence of body fat.

Several comments from Korean internet users stated,

  • “Wow… But her head doesn’t appear that big. It looks like her head is so small, so even if she loses weight, her proportions would still be good.”
  • “It appears she was born like that.”
  • “This is Park Shion from tripleS! She revealed on her TMI that as a daughter of Daejeon, she loves eating Seongsimdang bread. Recently, her variety sense has been going viral from their self-made content. Please show her lots of attention!”
  • “She is seriously bone skinny.”
  • “This is tripleS’s Park Shion. She loves bread but has revealed that she can’t gain weight.”

Despite receiving praise from Korean netizens for her figure, international netizens were less impressed. Numerous individuals expressed concern over the dangerous trend of being overly skinny in South Korea, and were saddened to see underweight individuals being praised. Some even speculated that she was lying about her eating habits and worried that she may have an eating disorder.

  • “How do people believe this? She might be naturally skinny, but definitely not THAT skinny. This is the result of starvation.”
